Demi Lovato: Path to Fame App Reviews

This was a very fun game and I looked forward to the new chapters. But, ever since season 3 came out, my game experience has gone downhill. I understand that the diamonds are there so that the game makes money, but it is starting to get a little ridiculous. Every single time you are presented with choices, the obviously better choice costs diamonds, which you cant get unless you buy with real money. I can understand the use of diamonds in order to get special outfits. But, when it starts to effect the game play dramatically, thats when players no longer want to play. Their have always been diamonds ever since the game first launched, but this season is when the use of them got extremely excessive and annoying. I should still be able to enjoy the game without paying real money for it. If they were going to have that many in game purchases, then the app shouldnt have been free to begin with. Please, help me turn this review into 5 stars.

The game is fun but like many others have said it takes 5 million gems to really make the best decision and the story gives none so you would have to buy them. You have no control over the storyline unless you buy gems. So blah. Its like reading a book after season 2.

So I think its a wonderful idea to use the gems and stuff, but the problem is, I HAVE NOT EARNED ANY SINCE THE FIRST STORYLINE!!!! Im extremely annoyed! If youre going to make me have to spend them for things to work out better, I understand that youre not going to give out tons. The thing is that I. have. not. earned. one. gem. since. the. beginning. Please change this!!!

Its a really cool game but the gems annoy me. We have to pay like 40 gems for an outfit that is "supposed" to make things better but its annoying. Also I really wish season three wouldnt take a week to come. The gems are the worst part of the game.

the game is amazing, i had it before then I deleted it because os storage then i wanted to download it again but i cant cause the storage

Hi, so I really love this game and when I heard season 3 was coming out I got really excited. I understand it takes a while to make so I wait. And when It came out I deleted the app Cuz I could go on it Cuz there was no room, but I got it again and started over Im happy of where I am now but when I ended season 2 and went to season 3 every thing got crazy. Almost every choice U have to make cost like 20-50 diamonds for a good choice or a good outfit to help but I always have to decline Cuz getting diamonds are always hard and ️Ik in season 1 & 2 it was the Same thing (tons of diamonds needed to make a right decision or to get nice clothes but in season 3 it keeps on coming and I find it very annoying Cuz of me not knowing how to get more diamonds I might lose my tour and everything and everything was perfect before it. What Im saying is that either we could earn more diamonds easier or we dont need to spend all are diamonds on clothes or a good decisions. Cuz Im thinking of deleting the app Cuz of the position I am in. I hope u read this and fix it, Thx

There should be a free way to earn diamonds! (Like watching videos). You can never wear the appropriate outfit or make the choices you really want to make bc they cost too many diamonds!! I understand the need for a little drama in the game but the reasonable choices are too costly. The episodes are getting shorter and shorter! Disappointed! Please change Dannys clothes when we go to events. Everyone else is dressed nice and hes still in that ugly work outfit. Even wore that to the wedding. Consider making some changes bc the game is expensive and irritating!

With all the options that will help costing so many diamonds I just cant. I cant pay actual money for diamonds! Why cant we just earn them? That would make things better. On top of that, if you dont but the "special option" people have rude responses. That and the wait time between seasons is crazy long!! I just think theres a lot of room for improvement.

The game is STUPID Whats the point of using diamonds if you dont have a way of getting them beside paying for them it should be another way to get them

I love the concept of the game and idea of you choosing answers that would create the story to take a certain course; however with that being said, they have set up the game in a way where you would have to spend loads of $$$$ to purchase gems in order to achieve the best choices to win☹️

I used to love playing this game. Season 1 and 2 were great. I was able to make choices I was totally ok with. This 3rd season really drove me crazy. You pretty much need diamonds for every important choice. Its also a a lot of diamond, some choices ask for 40+ gems Not getting the gems gives you a horrible story where the Main character lets everyone walk all over her.I had to delete this because I wasnt happy with the story.

WAYYYYY too much drama. You guys need to make the seasons better. Season 3 was wayyy way to much and unnecessary drama literally every choice that was given only led to more drama. Kinda over it.

I used to like this game but, the game doesnt give you any diamonds and now you cant do anything unless you have diamonds and when somebody give you a Gift you have to have diamonds!

Played all three episodes and then I just stopped only had a few gems and couldnt even use it when it cost so much money to get the outfits that was given to you or to buy isnt there any other way to get the outfits that are given and also maybe get gems for free instead of paying so much for it

I really like the game I feel like its the classy Demi lovato type and it just goes well for me theres drama romance oh and did I say drama? Cause when I say drama I mean DRAMA

I love Demi and I wish I could say I love this game but what good is it to "choose your story" if no matter what you choose the opposite happens I even spent money on it thinking that I would actually get to do what I wanted but it eventually gets to be the opposite of what I chose (spending diamonds to do so) total rip off the only things diamonds are good for are to choose your outfit

Demi has been one of my favorite games. In seasons 1 and 2 I felt the choices I made/were given to make really were versatile and fair. Once I started season 3 every choice I made was either "spend diamonds (aka money)" or "be walked all over". It really frustrates me that such a fantastic game would stoop low and make the choices amazing or terrible just to get some more money off of people. Tragically not all of us have money to blow on an app so we have to chose to be walked all over while "on our own tour". Very disappointing.

Its a good game, the updates take a little long but its worth the wait.

When I heard about this app, I was so excited! Ive loved Demi Lovato since camp rock and still love her to this day. But, sadly, this app makes me frustrated and mad. When you get the chance to do something right or wear something spectacular, you HAVE to pay diamonds to do it. If theres anyone like me, I dont have the money to spend to get diamonds just so I can do something. Its frustrating and not fair. There should be another way to be able to do those things. I want to keep playing the game, but Im finding it hard to when Im so limited to my options of what I can do. Wish it was better.
